I am 35+6 days and was diagnosed  by a physio with pregnancy related pelvic girdle pain really early on, it causes extreme pain in the hips and general pelvic area and can also cause pain in the lower back and legs, very little can be done for it while pregnant, physio could only give me a support belt to wear during day but i haven't found it to be very good as it's so uncomfortable! I ended up being signed off work sick 5 weeks ago

I'm also 37 weeks and have had this for a long time, but I also get really bad hip pain from laying on my sides.

It's just the pressure of baby.
