bath water

I know it's not good to take a super hot bath but how hot is too hot? I like my baths hot but I've started taking a warm bath. Do you think my water may still be to hot? Before my bath was almost pure hot water with very little cold but know it's warmer than lukewarm

I have the water just hot enough where I can still get in without it stinging. By the time 10min passes it already drops enough where you're fine. The "dont cover your stomach" thing is kind of nonsense. You're body temp is the concern, and that goes up regardless of your stomach. Just don't go in water that stays above 100

I'm 35+4 and I take HOT showers. But I take "brks" from the hot water like when I wash my hair, condition my hair, & then when I wash my body. So I cool off during those times.

I take a hot bath every night im 35 wks, my doctor sd that its fine because the temp of the water will drop, long as you don't continue to add hot water, because it takes at least 10 min b4 your body temperature will start to go up
