belly band worth the money?
They have bands that you wear throughout pregnancy that supposed to help weight gain and support and you wear it after pregnancy to lose weight and Keep the skin tight anyone use this or recommend it?
I got an upsie belly by belly bandit. It was 100% worth it. They also make shaper ones for after pregnancy but its a different product. The one for pregnancy comes with a nice heat/cool pack and a pocket for it so it stays in place on your back. I bought a cheap one 1st and returned it the next day and got this one

Not only are they comfy, but u can wear ur fav clothes longer b/c it looks like an under shirt & u don't have to button or zip ur pants Lol

Absolutely worth it!!
I have a belly belt I got at motherhood maternity for like $30. It was well worth it for me really helps with back pain and sciatica but I don't believe it does anything for weight control or loss
I dont know about that particular brand but support bands are definitely worth it. I noticed less back pain and round ligament pain when wearing it.
