belly band

Ftm I'm 29 weeks and carrying low, so low it hurts to walk at times. Do belly bands really work?

I'm carrying low what works for me is spanks... it gives good back support too. The maternity ones from destination maternity. I'm 37 weeks and any little support helps

I got a supp9rt belt from babies r us and it helps a bit still a little painful to walk but not as bad

I don't think a belly band is really supportive, as said above. I'm carrying low too, and the band doesn't help. Keeps my pants up though. I have known people to get a support belt and they said those did help. Haven't tried one yet myself though.

My Dr recommended the band supports the a little different then belly bands cuz belly bands help hold up ur pants and stuff the support ones help support ur belly they also have ones that wrap around the back.
