benadryl
Have any of you ladies been prescribed benadryl by your doctor?
My Dr told me to take it when I kept breaking out in hives and a rash. Helped with itching and hives but they didnt fully go away for several weeks so I had to take it daily for almost 3 weeks. Made me sleepy however my baby was bouncing all over the place!! Obviously it had an opposite effect on him. Lol good luck! :)
Thank you ladies...I feel better taking it now...I'm sure it's safe but I always feel scared to take any meds during my pregnancy...I have a rash on my arms and neck so my doc prescribed it to me...thanks for the feed back. ..
Yes ive taken it bc I have allergies and I am not able to take my allegra or singular during pregnancy and my dr says benadryl only safe med to take...I can only take half or a 25mg at a time or I knock out
I have taken it during this pregnancy and it was on a list of OTC meds you can take.
