bleeding? spotting?

Ladies need some urgent advice. Is 2am here in the uk, im 13 weeks 1 day pregnant and went to the loo and noticed that when i wiped it was slightly darker with a hint of pink.
I went slightly into my vagina with some tissue and there was a bit more of a pinky red streak. I am panicking! Ive had mild cramping but nothing id worry about. Whay should i do?
