Is 140/60 with 106bp considered high or normal.. I feel like my heart is racing but I just woke up from a short cat napso its a resting heart rate.
You systolic (top number) is alittle high your diastolic is low. And heart is fast for resting. Perfect BP is considered 115/75 and normal range for heart rate in an adult is 60-100 bpm.
Its on the higher side. But I doubt the doctor will putu on meds unless it gets higher
