bump in the am

Good day I have a question I'm 11 wks prego and every morning before getting off the bed I touch my belly n feel a big lump on the right side of my belly is that ok?

I wonder if it could be a hernia. Some women get them while pregnant. I would definitely call your doctor's office and ask them about it.

If you are a smaller person you can actually feel your stool in the right ascending colon. Once the stool moved to the transverse colon it's harder to feel. Going to the bathroom and your normal colonic movement will move the stool along. Sometimes women notice it after pregnancy as we get more in tune/focussed on our abdomen. So totally normal.

Im a sono tech, bladder needs to be full because it acts as window to uterus. You are most likely feeling bowel as of now.

I think it's your uterus you are feeling. When your bladder is full it pushes your uterus up. That's why the doctor likes you to have a full bladder before a sono, so they can see the baby better. Sounds normal to me! I felt my uterus for the first time around 11 weeks with my first :)

It does goes go away after I pee...but its while I'm laying down

So does it go away? It doesn't seem pregnancy related since you are only 11weeks your uterus is still really low... maybe get it checked out if it bothers you
