c-section tomorrow

Although I have had two previous c-sections, the thought of surgery is still unsettling. Any prayers, well wishes for a safe delivery and recovery with no compilations is very appreciated!!  I think I am a little stressed this time because I have a cough. :( No fever or congestion, just a dry cough. I am a little nervous about tearing my incision. I know they can give me meds to suppress the cough, but I want to breast feed and not sure how that will work.

I had a cough after my second csection.  It hurt to cough but that is about it.  You could go to a health food store and there are sprays for your throat and cough suppressants you can get that are just made of herbs so cant hurt baby.  Just read to make sure it doesnt say not to use when nursing.  I know you need to avoid things with elderberry when pregnant but not sure when nursing a newborn.  I used it when I had an 8 month old I was nursing but hadn't discovered it til then and was given go ahead by a doctor.
