charlie horses
Hello, I'm 17 weeks pregnant and this last week I have had more Charlie horses then ever. Like 5-6 in the last week, at night? Any suggestions as to what's causing these?

You need eletrolites. Drink power aid. I have them a lot too and milk and poweraid has helped reduce them.
