coconut oil teeth pulling ?
I'm 9 weeks pregnant with twins I would like to try oil pulling I'm wondering if its safe and if any other pregnant Mommy's use this or did during pregnancy what were your benefits/ results
I have been oil pulling for yrs. And haven't stopped. I use cold pressed organic sunflower oil. Super beneficial for many things. I had problems with my pancreas and constant kidney infections. But I havent had one in yrs
I used to do it with organic sesame oil and I loved it! My teeth were brighter and it just made me feel good I haven't don't it since I've been pregnant but I'm going to start again. I can't see it having any negative effects because you're not ingesting it or anything.
