coffees or teas is it ok? 7wks 5 days ftm
Good morning mommies and mommies to be i'm a vanilla chai tea drinker and I love French vanilla coffee once in a blue does anyone know if it's ok to drink either one at 7wks & 5days ? Thanks in advance.
Well let's see. I'm on pregnancy#4 and ive always drank 1-2 cips a day while pregnant with docs approval. Normally I drink 3-4 cups a day lol And chai teas I've had a few times this pregnancy. My chais were from the coffee stands in town not made at home. Not sure if thay makes a difference at all. In moderation you should be fine. :-) good luck and congrats!
Chai tea I would ask your doctor/midwife about some herbal teas are okay while others are not. Coffee is okay in moderation, decaf is better(blah).
