Keep in mind the er techs aren't as good with babies in ultrasound as the regular ob techs. And even if your 6-7 weeks chances are that you still wouldn't see a heartbeat yet. I had bleeding and pain at 5 wks and went they saw nothing. So I went back at 8 wks and saw everything. It turned out.I had a ruptured cyst that's why I bleed and had.pain but I'm 18 wks 2 days and still spotting here and there. Good luck.

I would go back.sounds like it could be miscarriage. It didnt grow in nine days but it could be a chance its not. Its better to go now to find out more. They will pull more blood and read again if the numbers are down then yes you are losing it. I had the same thing happen. God has a plan for everything
