I'm making chicken breast and veggies (brocolli,cauliflower, carrot,onion,and lemon slices) baked in the oven in individual foil packets.. soooo good. I'm obsessed with cooking in foil pockets right now, I marinated my chicken in Italian dressing all day and I just put a few gluggs of olive oil,lemon juice and herbs in wuth y veggies and I'm getting ready to foil them up... rice on the side!
Lol sorry for such a long detailed description but I'm hungry and have been looking forward to it all day!

We had Chicken Caesar Salad with extra parmesan & croutons-because, well-best part, duh! And hubby brought us home Nestle Girl Scout Cookie Crunch bars, all three flavors, for dessert, because I saw them on FB & mentioned they sounded tasty & he's pretty much awesome!! The thin mint ones-epic, just so you know!

I made red velvet pancakes. With cream cheese in between them and syrup on top. Lol
