I was in the hospital about 2 days ago due to me having contractions I'm 35 weeks an 3 days they sent me home after monitoring the baby and my contractions but they didn't check to see if I'm dilated so I went home still having a lot of abdominal an back pain also contractions they just told me to take it easy and drink plenty of water to help with contractions but now I have been having a lot of vaginal discharge that is thick and milky and some mucus that's light brown what could this possibly mean I'm still having the pain on and off I'm a ftm so I really don't no but please give me your opinions thank you

Weird that they didn't check for dialation. The brown discharge sounds like it could be your mucus plug. Start timing the contractions. If they become regular for a couple hours call your dr. Good luck!
I would suggest calling your doctor it sounds like you lost your mucus plug maybe.
