I'm 30 weeks pregnant,  and still losing weight. I've lost 18 pounds of my pre-pregnancy weight due to sickness.  & was not over weight to start with. My Dr isn't worried as the baby is measuring right on. I'm high risk and have a ultrasound twice a week along with no stress test twice a week for other reasons (GD) . But baby is great!

Everyone is different. I think it has alot to do w symptoms. With my 1st I lost 20lbs due to morning sickness and gained it all back by the 3rd trimester. And ive lost the same with this pregnancy due food aversions. Most over weight people loose  couple a lbs I think.

It's different for everyone. Some people gains loads while others gain hardly any or even lose weight. With my first I gained LOADS I'm talking like 40-50 pounds and I've found the weight difficult to shift. Started this pregnancy at a higher weight but I've only gained 14 pounds at 34 weeks so hoping to lose most of that quite quickly after baby comes! Fingers crossed! Apparently breastfeeding can help you lose the weight?!
