cervix measuring?

I am currently 33.5 weeks and I was wondering when does the Dr start measuring u regularly?  Last time I was.measured was at 32 weeks because my first was preterm.  I have also been getting weekly progesterone shots since 16 weeks. I'm type a personality and it kills me not knowing if I'm progressing .

So had my 34 week appointment and no measuring. They sad they will start at 36 weeks.  My type A personality is having a time waiting for another two weeks and still having lower back pain. I'm a control freak.

I'm 39 weeks and my doc checked my cervix starting at 37 weeks.

I've gotten my belly measured weekly but my cervix gets measured biweekly.. I would think if your getting the shots they would be checking your cervix too, but maybe that's just because my cervix is short. Hopefully they start checking soon!

I routinely have been measured starting at 36 weeks. She's only measured me sporadically before when I was having lower abdominal pains, and she wanted to see what was causing it.

I've been getting weekly shots since 22 weeks and they have measured me every other week since then and I'm almost 31 weeks now! When's your next check up supposed to be?
