Well see thats one of my problems i have been put on kflex my whole pregnancy cuz i have had alot of uti. I take it 2 a day and even when i go to drs apt is still shows positive for uti so im not sure if its related to the uti or if its early signs of labor coming

This situation happened to me yesterday.  I was 32 weeks 2 days as well.  Started contracting every few minutes, went away and started back up.  I called the doctor and they had me go into labor and delivery.  After being checked and running a few tests it was determined I have a UTI and that's what was causing all the contractions, cramping and back pain.  They pumped me up with fluid, started me on kflex and sent me home with a script to continue taking the next 5 days.

I went into labor at 33 weeks so yes it's possible. If the contractions aren't regular then it's unlikely that you're in labor, but you definitely need to call right away and be seen if you're spotting as that could be a sign of some other problem.
