I'm confused on how you take it.. do you take it by mouth or do you stick them up your vag? ?

Epo doesn't make the baby come any sooner. All it does it soften your cervix and get it ready for delivery. If you haven't dilated or anything it won't do much.

Idk there just does not seem to be enough data to support the use of it.

So ice been thinking about trying this. It seems to work for a lot of people! :-) w/o any handful side effects etc! But I decided I can't try it unless my doctor says it's ok lol how much do you take exactly? I mean now many milligrams is any brand better than another just like with vitamins etc?

You are suppose to take one in the morning orally and then one a night vaginal starting at 36 weeks. You do it everyday, then can switch to two pills in morning and two at night once you hit38 weeks.
