I have gained 45 pounds and im 38 weeks. Its okay we just gotta work a little harder to lose the weight after baby is born.  Sometimes are bodies just retain a little bit more water.

Ive gained 52 lbs, im 37 weeks 5 days.  Since everything is good, both baby and I are completely healthy, there is no concern about my labor, they think I am retaining a lot of water this time around.

I am in my 26th wk and I have gained 34 lbs since conception. I sometimes feel down about it and it is a little scary watching your body change so drastically but as long as your doctor or midwife hasn't said anything it should be fine, you may just end up having a larger baby. I was told I should only gain 30 lbs during the whole pregnancy and I'm already moving past that, but my little girl is as healthy as ever and that's what matters.

Some woman gain differently that others don't be to worried about it as long as u are healthy that's all that matters.  U shoyld not have any problems delivering a healthy baby.  It could be a lot of amniotic fluid but if u are that worried ask your doctor. Dont be stressed u are beautiful.

You may feel like that is a huge amount of weight, but honestly unless you are 4'6" you are probably fine. Talk to your doc when you go in next and see what they think, or want you to do.
