How the heck is this thing supposed to help induce labor?

I got mine from Walmart for $9 and I just feel silly bouncing on it lol I had some relief but my pain was much worse after I got off. Still not sure how I feel about it

Yes I love my birthing ball. It also can help relieve some of the pressure. Just bounce right on top of it. U can also support ur arms on it & do squats. U can Google other exercise positions for a birthing ball.

I found mine to be more comfy then a chair or couch as we'll but I used it during pregnancy & labor and neither helped me. I find it useless unless your using it for pain management.

I do hip circles on mine or thrusts forward & back, side to side motions, etc... it helps with lower back pain, and to help you get gentle excercise, and like someone said, it can help position baby.  I bounce on mine for fun, lol but I still have 25 days till my due date.  It's a heck of a lot more comfortable tham sitting on the couch too.

You can buy them at Walmart I bet.  My mother gave me mine.  Just make sure it's the right size. They sell small ones, you dont want the super small one.

It does not induced labour,  rather it helps in positioning the baby,  so their back is against you tummy.  The ball mskes you sit in a way that the gravity gets the baby's head down as well. . Hope this helps. .xx
