exercise ideas

I'm from Iowa. Its winter. I need some exercise ideas. I'm almost 15 wks. Wanted to wait till after 1st trip. The issues that I have is that I have bilateral club foot. I used to run 6 miles a day in til my ankles started acting up. I'll be so sore from being on my feet the day before that it brings me to tears the next day. Need ideas of what I can do until snow is gone and I can ride bike.

Yoga, theres a great 28min video on youtube with plenty of squats and moving meditations what bring up your heart rate if thats what your looking for. If yoy looking for something to just stretch out your sore body, as I also love and need, doyogawithme.com has about 4 great prenatal videos. One is 58mins and moves very slow which is great if you like the extra time. Or if your looking for something more quick they have a series of three short videos all of which work on different parts. Hope this helps
