exercising while pregnant

I'm still going to the gym in my 18th week of pregnancy with the hubby however not doing the things I was doing before just mainly walking although I lost 5 lbs in the past week. Should I be worried? I'm eating healthy and whenever I'm hungry, I'm not on a diet or anything. I'd ask my doctor but my appt seems so far away. Anyone else have this problem?

I do use the same scale but at different times of the day. The thing is I don't know my initial weight before I got pregnant, I never cared to weigh myself before, But the hubby said I should weigh myself at the same time every time. It's just odd. At 4 weeks I weighed in at 129 last week I was at 135 and yesterday I weighed in at 130. I may not be doing it right but I hope it's okay. I'll contact the NP. Thanks again ladies. BTW ashrefa, Netflix has tons of yoga videos that work for staying in. :)

Do you guys have a good home workout routine? I don't have time to go to the gym due to my man's schedule, I'm feeling the burn but would love to mix it up (:

I'm a bit over 26 weeks and still going to the gym 4-6 times a week. Doing cardio and heavy lifting.
I wouldn't be worried... working out during pregnancy is fine.

You can call and ask. Lots of women just call and ask the nurse
