Yes but for me they are uncomfortable at the moment. I'm 32 weeks and laying with my head flat isn't comfy :( my last one bummed me out bc I paid all that money to b uncomfortable :(
Yes I am an esthetician and give facials all the time to pregnant women. It's so relaxing. It will NOT put you in labor so don't be afraid about that.
But you 8 months.. if past 36 weeks I would not be too concerned about going into labor...
