I'm not getting morning sickness but I haven't heard about that. I'm not overly worried. If that's something that concerns you  really need to bring it up with your Dr good luck

I'm 30 and expecting my first on February 5 th.  I haven't told anyone except my husband.  Is anyone else not experiencing morning sickness? I'm nervous that I'm not.  I have heard that women who don't have it have a higher instance of miscarriage.

Hi every one! I am expecting baby #2 due Feb. 16th. I know almost immediately I was pregnant and soon far no anxiety or worries about this baby. I learned a lot from my first born. My Lil man is 19 months. So let this craziness begin. I am excited! Scheduled to for my first on appt. June 24th. Hoping for my own healthier experience this time. I gained a total of 75lbs last pregnancy and I had just got my body back.

I didn't realize there was so much that I'm not supposed to eat. I haven't told anyone that I'm pregnant yet either, I'm not sure how supportive my mother will be and I don't want that unnecessary stress just yet. I so happy I don't want this bliss to end

Thanks! I feel so overwhelmed with all of the information about what you can and can't have.  I too feel like there is nothing I can eat now! I have completely stocked my fridge with fruits and veggies. But between the morning sickness and all of the advice on what not to eat, I feel like that is all I can eat.  It makes me wonder how our moms before us survived..  ;)

I have heard so many different things about food. They say to stay away from certain cheeses like feta due to the risk of listeria, stay away from cold cuts due to the nitrates, limit seafood due to the mercury, and limit caffeine. I feel like I have nothing to eat now. Lol. Just remember, everything you are taking in your baby is getting too.

This my first and I'm due Feb 16th.  I need am looking for a pregnancy buddy.  We don't want to tell our family and friends until the risk of miscarriage is gone.  I am so excited but extremely nervous too! I feel like there is a lot to do and a lot I don't know about yet.  I've read a lot of contridicting information about eating feta among other food.  What's the rule of thumb that everyone has come across?

I feel so blessed I had terrible morning sickness with my son and many complications through the pregnancy and birth but no morning sickness so far with this little one. My son is nearly 8 and I'm no longer with his father. I'm glad I've waited and found the right person before continuing my family
