feeling bad

Hey ladies, I'm just feeling a little bad. Just left my doctor appointment n everything seem to be going good with my baby. But my doctor told me I lost a pound since my last appointment. N I only gained 9 pounds so far n I'm 31 weeks. So she wants me to gain more weight. But I've been so stressed lately n really don't have a big appetite. Just hoping my next appointment that my baby is weighing right.

Thanks! That is what happened to me my first pregnancy I gained all of my weight in the last month n the same is going to happen this time too. I had a healthy 6 pound baby girl. N I think I eat a enough right now I  just don't like to over stuff myself.

I lost 10 lbs in the first trimester with my son. I ended up gaining all of my weight in the last month. I had a very healthy 8 lbs 12oz 21 in baby..I can't imagine hiw big he would have been if I gained anymore. I think as long as you are eating and have a healthy eating habit..I wouldn't worry too much.

Thanks! Yeah I do try n eat even when I'm not hungry as much. My first pregnancy I didn't have this problem my weigh gain was fine. I was just shocked that my weight is off. But I'm sure everything will be perfectly fine. :-)

Some people don't gain the expected amount of weight during pregnancy and still have normal healthy babies. Even when I don't feel like eating I still make sure I have something for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also remember you are pregnant and allowed to give in to your cravings for bad foods. Good luck.
