first time pregnant

I have pcos. I have been trying to conceive for years. I just found out through a blood test that I'm pregnant. Dr predicted around 6 weeks, but I have to switch doctors and wait until april 15th to have an U/S.
I don't have any symptoms except fatigue and tender boobs. That comes and goes. Past few days I've been experiencing some cramps on my right side and it can get intense. Almost feels like I'm rupturing a cyst. Is this normal??  I called the dr and the office didnt seem to care. Just worried about an ectopic pregnancy or does this seem normal. I just really want to be pregnant considering I have went through a lot to get here.

I also have pcos and just had my 3rd baby, never had fertility drugs. I only get 2 periods a year. My first only took 3 months to get preg, second took 15 months and my baby I just had took us by suprise since we were trying to prevent her lol. The pain is fairly normal. Could be everything stretching, could be a cyst but just take it easy and don't stress, everything will be fine.

Best wishes to you. I can't believe it happened naturally with me as well. Its a great feeling. I always miss my period. Usually I have them every 3 months so I never thought of it until she called me with my bloodwork results. Congrats to you!

Normal :) I also have Pcos. Missed my period in February but didn't think much of it since I'm used to missing them sometimes. When the breast tenderness started and I noticed how tired I was it hit me. I was like OMG, how did that happen naturally?! But here we are 11weeks and 4 days, going to doctor for another u/s on Monday. Wish me luck. Good luck to you :)
