When my daughter was really little, I would freeze my milk in 2oz bags. As she got older I would freeze in 4-5oz bags. This way as I unfroze, I wouldn't have extra milk sitting around. Just like everyone else, I suggest stocking up, u will want as much as u can get :)

I used to fill a bag, put in the fridge, then when I filled another bag, I would put that one in the fridge and move the first bag to the freezer...always leaving one bag ready for emergency purposes, while stocking up.

Look at the La Leche League website, it's very helpful.  With a deep freezer you can freeze for 3 to 6 months. It's best to freeze in milk bags or glass jars with fitted tops. In a regular freezer with separate doors from your fridge you can freezer for up to 3 months. And if your freezer door is the same door as the fridge it's only good to store for up to 2 wks.
The website for LLLI,  is very helpful they even give you hours on how long you can use your breast milk if you keep it at room temp. Which is 6 to 8 hrs. Or if you keep in the fridge. So i suggest to look up the site and i think you'll find it very helpful for what you are looking into.

I think the more you freeze the better.
I'm planning on freezing as much as I can so I can give my baby breast milk even after our baby's teeth develop.
