gas
this is my first pregnancy and i have gas that will not release which causes me to have stomach pain is it a simple solution to this???
Exercise is the only thing that helps me with gas but I've been massaging my stomach lightly which has been helping too!
My doctor suggested gavascon u can buy over the counter..
Only thing that helps me is exercising, some days I cant stop passing gas, and its a horrible stench lol good luck
