I do with this pregnancy.  Mine is diet controlled. Most likely it will go away after delivery.

This is my second gd baby also diet controlled. If it was only slightly high there is a good chance you will pass the next one its pretty common to not pass the one hour and pass the two three or four which ever your doc does.

What kind of diet changes? Watching sugar intake?

I had diabetes on my 3 pregnecies.. But they were all diet controlled... Avoid eating junk food Starbucks... Soda...basically all the things that u might want...eating smaller portions of food nd healthy foods.. U will be fine.....

For my second baby my 1 hour was high but when I did the 3 hour I had just barely passed. Haven't gotten to the glucose test this time around, I'm only 22 weeks

With my first they thought I had g.d. so they put me on a diabetic diet, turns out I didn't have g.d. anyways, they put me on a carb controlled diet so for example, breakfast I had to have 30grams of carbs, snack was 15g, lunch was 45g, dinner was 30g and another snack at 15g. They gave me a chart to show what I could eat and how many grams of carbs were in the food, for example 12 grapes is 15g of carbs, stuff like that, then you have to take your blood sugar levels before you eat then 1 hour or something like that after you eat and record it, hope this helps!!
