I ate non sugary foods. I was told to eat what I normally eat because u want a real answer and not try and "cheat" it. But idk. My Dr never gave me instructions on my 1st one.

I have ate before my one hour everytime I was pregnant. And passed with flying colors. All depends what you eat. Maybe some toast or eggs. If you eat fruit limited it to one piece since fruit has natural sugar in it.

If its the one hour test you don't have to fast. My doctor told me if you fast for the one hour the results aren't as accurate. Don't eat anything high in sugat but eating before the one hour is perfectly fine. The 3 hour test is the test you absolutely need to fast for.

Dont eat anything. I ate a granola bar extremely low in sugar 2 grams and I failed. Then I had to come and do the 3 hour test and get my blood drawn 4 times within 3 hours. My arms were so sore. And I passed. Waste of time that made me regret the food I ate

I wasn't allowed to eat for 12 hours before my test.
Maybe just snack on some carrots. Fruit loops is a very sugary cereal. I'd avoid it to be safe. Maybe have some eggs.

My doctor told me try not to eat anything high in sugar. Not sure how much sugar is in fruit loops. What time is your test?
