head cold

I have been fighting off a cold for a few days well I think it won. :-( I still need to work but the stuffiness in my head ***** and makes me miserable. What can I take when it comes to medicine? I need something!  Help!

Yea my doctor only said home remedies. Steam from a shower, honey, tea, etc and rest is what I am told to do. If nothing improves by Monday I will try pottery stuff with my doctor. It's my next prenatal visit anyways.

Tylenol sinus is on my doctors list of safe meds as well

Sudafed, claritin, benadryl, soup, honey, smelling Vicks vapor rub. .. I agree with the other posts though, you can't take anything that truly works. :(

Thanks. I am gonna call my doc back at one and see if she has any advice to get me thru my workday.

Extra strength Tylenol, saline sinus rinse, throat lozenges, vitamin C and lots of decaf lemon honey tea and water. Unfortunately we can't take anything that would actually work. I had a bad cold a month back and it was terrible.
