headache

Does any one have headache remedies?  I have an allergy to tylenol, and need some ideas.

Ive been a headache migraine sufferer my whole life. Once I got prego I couldn't take what I usually do anymore so I found a bunch of ways to help with the pain. Biggest help that I def recommend is zip loc bags of ice. The best places to put them is one under your neck were your skull and neck bones meet and the other on either side of your temples and putting in different spots werever it hurts.  The one on your neck don't remove keep it there trust me.  It will be cold but once you get used to it it helps so much.  Hope you feel better.

I feel ur pain but 90% of those don't work I'm allergic to Tylenol n most days u just have to ride them out.. I've asked my dr n he doesn't recommend any meds bc it could harm the baby... a warm bath n dark room seem to help somedays.. it'll b worth it in the end :)

Dark room, massage, water water water, but the thing that helps me most is drinking a cup of coffee (doctor suggested). Good luck.

Well my doctor gave me caffeine pills this pregnancy and magnesium pills in my first pregnancy but if you dont want pills my mom says chocolate and pepsi zero helps her all the time for migranes

A Dark Room And A Nap... You Can Try A Warm Wash Cloth Over Your Eyes And Have Someone Give You A Shoulder And Neck And Head Massage
