I got them really bad at the beginning of my second trimester, I wet a washcloth put it in a zip lock bag and froze it then I put it on my head where the headache was and that worked our really well for me. Or sometimes I would drink like half a cup of coffee and the caffeine would help. I hope you feel better, good luck :-)
Take Tylenol it's safe during pregnancy , or stay in a dark room with cold wet cloth or the back of your neck or forehead for awhile.. Best of luck
