health insurance benefits
Not a questions just have to share how excited I am. My insurance company just called to tell me about all the extras I will receive from them now that I am pregnant. They are sending me 2 $75 gift cards for Target, a brand new convertible car seat (the hospital I am delivering at gives us a free infant car seat for delivering with them) and a brand new high end breast pump. I am so excited!

Lol no not spamming you. I was in shock. I have Ucare. It's a minnesota insurance with great rates and apparently benefits we didn't even know about. I am so excited because it's going to save us about $500. Our last insurance company didn't do anything for me when I had our daughter 3 years ago (except bill us lol)
Say what! Because a I have United Healthcare as well and it is also from Minnesota, I think this is the ridiculous insurance ever, every time we do bloodwork, that send me a bill saying this and that is not covered and the bill is over $200 that I have to pay out of my pocket. My total out of pocket doctors visit was estimated to be 670 with my insurance but, honestly I have to pay almost twice that amount. I got so frustrated and asked my husband to buy blue cross shield and I'm also included through his insurance. Ever since what they do is they send the bill to Uhealthcare, what ever isn't covered, they send it to blue shield and it covers the rest 80% of what wasn't covered by U health care and I have to pay the rest. Also, I am not working and the insurance we are paying is high but honestly I hate Uhealthcare. ...
Mine insurance called me yesterday to tell me about a free program and they are sending me a $50 check and some books. Not as good as car seat and pump but it's nice to get bonuses like that!
That's crazy waitingfotmhbaby. Ucare and united health care are two different providers though.
My maim insurance gave me a free breast pump. My secondary state insurance gives me "rewards" every few months for keeping my appointments. I've gotten lots of toys from them lol.
Oh I thought they were same, my bad ....but anyways its good to know they have a nice insurance company like yours too
