I do protein shakes for breakfast. Frozen fresh fruit, naked brand smoothie and plain Greek yogurt with a scoop of protein shake mix... I've been having a hard time with meet so my Dr asked me to try it and I'm so obsessed
Say what? You can't eat egg sandwiches? Man, I've been eating them alot & I have a healthy baby boy :)

I eat low fat Greek yogurt, a banana & an organic granola bar with orange juice for breakfast every day. Its light, healthy and keeps me going til I can stop for lunch sometime in the afternoon at work.
I make egg banana pancakes. You should Google it. I layer them with fresh bananas inbetween too. They're yummy and healthy.

Yogurt with granola is good. Though lately I do rice crackers and dried fruit
