Plain greek yogurt (with chia seed or flaxseed), granola, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, apples, raw natural almonds, baby carrots, bananas, rice cakes, bagel & cream cheese, pieces of cheese, grapefruit (though I never eat more than half in a day bc I don't want diarreah). Pretzels have a lot of sodium but they have iron & a tiny bit of protein, cous cous & canned salmon with lemon juice, apple, celery, cucumber, avocado, spinach & kale, etc... :)
Thanks they all sound delicious, oh im hungry again lol
Greek yogurt is high in protein. I get the plain and mix fruit into it, but you can get small cups with fruit already in if that works better for you.
Peanuts and I absolutely love the fiber one bars and jello. Shelby, I love eating bananas with peanut butter...mmmm.;D
Peanut butter is a great one. I like it plain or on celery. Veggies. Fruit. Nuts. Yogurt if you have a way to refrigerate it.
Watermelon, fruit cups, peanut butter and jelly on whole wheat bread, fresh veggies
