I've got it again and all i had was a bowl of cereal so i made chocolate milk, 2 glasses. Of course now dinner didn't help since my dad made spaghetti but my son and I gotta eat something. I take tumbs like candy and drink water constantly. The heartbeat is very bad, so darn painful. I stayed up till midnight last night because it hurt so bad and I try to not stay up that late. I love my son but i think he's going to need a hair cut when he's born lol!!!

I really enjoy soda, but found it was aggravating heartburn for me so since I stopped drinking it, my heartburn has decreased.

Milk, mustard, baking soda (yuk) Lol all works. I would not be put on anything while I'm pregnant. I'm 34 weeks and still have it pretty bad especially when I lay down. I love by my Rolaids!!! Whatever you feel comfortable taking and helps. Feel better!:-)

Mustard works too plus it's natural. It works the same reason vinegar does.

Ginger nut biscuits helps me and milk but when it's seriously painful nothing helps I try to burp and makemyself sick bring up the acid which helps but that's a last resort when it's just unbearable ,sucking on strong mints soothes it some too
