I'm 39+5days got my membrane stripped today now I'm having mucusy blood is this normal, or is it my bloody show? Could labor be around the corner!!

I had the same thing done with my first and had the same symptoms after, which my dr said to expect. I went into labor 2 hours later. Good luck!

Sounds like a "show" how exciting it shouldn't be too long now, good luck!

You're going to bleed, put a pad on and if you soak through a whole one go to L&D.  They will send you strait back home of your not contracting and not 4 cm dilated.

If it's small amounts it's normal. It can be your bloody show, or it can be that your dr irritated the cervix a bit. But if it's large amounts, I would go to l&d just to be checked. Good luck!
