I had horrible nausea my whole 1st trimester so I know how you feel. I couldn't keep anything down not even small sips of water. Ginger Al or saltines can help but if you can't keep those down they do make pregnancy pops. They are lollipops that you can buy I have seem that at pharmacies or maternity shops. Now if none of that helps my dr. finally had to give me a prescription for nausea med. that you put on your tongue & it dissolves & it is not harmful to the baby. I hope this helps & you get some relief soon.

Ginger chews, tried to eat really bland food like plain rice or apple sauce. Sip water or sou, if someone can cook for you there are great carrot ginger soup recipes.

Try peppermint altoids they worked great for me. Or ginger ale and saltine crackers might help also.
