Im 28+2 with my 3rd. My both older boys were born at 35 weeks. Any suggestions how i can avoid the 3rd from coming into this world before fullterm.

I just wanted to say all of u are awesome moms and good luck at keeping lo in I get very mad when Ive seen more than a few times someone say im 34 weeks how do I get the kid out! Best of luck cookin mommies u are truely what a mom is suppose to be selfless and strong for trying to do the best by ur child!

My doctor said if you have had a premature birth it's pretty common to get the steroids in your 30th week. You may want to ask your doctor about it.

It's a steroid to help the baby's lungs to develop faster. If you are at high risk or you are showing signs of preterm labor, they will give you two rounds of steroids.

I just had my baby at 34w5d. I had gotten steroid shots for her lungs around week 28. She had no nicu stay and is doing great,  just tires easily.

I m at a risk of preterm

Just took steroid shot on mon 28+4 now

I m taking progesterone shots and rest most of the tym

No outing no sex nothing

Limit sex for sure, and if you do have sex make sure he is wearing a condom or use pullout method. My doctor unit silly recommended that for me. Now I'm not supposed to have sex at all.  Did your babies have  long NICU stay at 35 weeks? I am 34 now and just started procardia. I really want to make it to 37 weeks. My youngest was born at 32 weeks and stayed for a month. I have heard that 35 weeks is a tricky age. Anyway I am in the same boat, just a little further along :)

To be honest my daughter was 34 and they tried proventing it but i think it made it worse. Im on my fourth and tgey wanted me to rake pills to provent it but i didn't.  Im riding natural now almost 32 weeks and so far ok. Its hard not knowing but stress and tinking about it makes it worse. I try to stay busy but know my limits as well. Progestrone the shots helped my son be dull term but i just never last past 38
