Anyone else has this why do we get them they are uncomfortable it feels like my *** is going to fall off not cool at all

Use witch hazel.. its fantastic.. gotta get the 100% pure stuff and its very safe for pregnancy.. 2 or 3 times a day soak a cotton ball in it and gentle dab away at the hemorrhoids.. a few days and mine were gone! Haven't seen them again since.
Blood vessels flaring up causing hemmorids. I haven't had them since my first trimester *fingers crossed* but I took a warm bath in the morning and at night before I went to bed.
