her my birth story!

As some of u know i was gonna be induced on the 25 bcuz i we past my due date n was 41 weeks. Well i got to the hospital at 10am took me an hour to fill out the paperwork n by 11am they hooked the bb up to the monitor n as soon as they did that i started having strong contractions n they were irregular at about 7pm i got the epidural n i wasnt going to but the pain was so intense i had to have it they poked me 3 times to get it in n boy did i want to smack him nbut i had a pretty good dose of it cuz i couldn't feel a thing by midnight the next morning they broke my water n after they did that i went from 6-10 in 1 hr cuz i was stuck at a 6 for hours n at 1:46 he was here i only pushed for 10 min weighing 8lbs 9oz n was 20 1/4 inches long. The wait is finally over n it was pretty long 14hrs 46 min in labor.

Congrats! So they didn't need to induce you? Glad your baby is here! I got the epidural with my first for the same reason. Those contractions can be intense!
