The dr said i needed to keep my bladder completely empty in order for my contractions not to start again. 27-4 , theygave me some medicine to stop the contractions and an iv and now im back home. Im glad i am he needs to stay in as long as possible.
Im sure he still wants you to hydrate like normal, just pee even more often. Even though you probably don't feel like that's possible lol. How far are you? I'm 40w 4d and when I have an overly full bladder it always makes me have contractions so I get why he says it.

Wow usually its the opposite way around. I was in the hospital because I was having contractions at 29 weeks. The doctor told me I was dehydrated and to drink nothing but water. Lots of water. So your doctor to you to keep your bladder empty? How is that possible when our bodies constantly needs water!? Lol pregnancy is so confusing!
