Whole foods has a natural tee tree oil face wash. No chemicals added. It's a great antibacterial and leaves your face feeling clean and soft.
Ask your partner to scrub your back with something course a loofa type thing. Help clear the dead skin away. I never get back spot but I have been whilst pregnant, in went to my local lush shop got myself a body scrub and a new (almost like a foot stone) loofa. My partner came in and helped me scrub my back, within a week it all cleared up. I hope it gets better hunni.
I recommend a face scrub, help clean your skin and get rid of dead skin. I also use a face mask a few times a week and steaming helps too. 1st trimester bought the spots then thankfully /bs trimester has cleared them up. Xx
I have the exact same problem. The dermatologist prescribed first a clindamycin phosphate topical cream, that did not work. Then he prescribed clidamycin/peroxide cream and a face wash, that only dry my skin and did not help at all. A second dermatologist prescribed some safe antibiotics (keflex 500 mg twice daily) and azaleic acid cream. I start taking this and it finally help with my terrible acne. I have acne in my back, face and chest. Some its really deep and leave marks everywhere. Go to a dermatologis, and try different treatments. Good luck!!!
Talk to Ur dr what they recommend. Some acne medicine can cause birth defects.
I have it to its horrid. Nothing works.:-(
I'm absolutely trying that!thank you!
I wash my face 3 times a week with baking soda then rub lemon all over my face and just leave it. I have terrible stress acne and then adding hormone acne on top my face was just terrible. Since starting this my face is 100x better
My doctor told me I cannot use any products that have anti-acne chemicals in it and can only use soap. I've had it really bad all over me back but it's something you kind of just deal with unfortunately. After my second trimester it cleared up a little at least!
