I know it's been posted before but I can't find it. :/ For baby I packed clothes nb and 0-3 months, pacifier holder, socks, mittens and one bottle that mimicks the breast.  For me I packed bathroom items all travel size,  breast feeding tank top and the udder cover, a night gown, basket ball short n other tanks and a dress and undies to go home in. Oh and a phone charger. Did I pack right ladies? My hospital provides diapers n wipes.

You could check the hospital that you're going to deliver at website, click on labor and delivery and it should have an option somewhere where it list things to take for labor room, mom, dad, and baby. The hospital that I will deliver at has this type of list, so hopefully yours does too. Another option would be to call and ask, that way you know what you must provide for yourself, baby and dad.
