hot face/ head rush??

Im 27 weeks with baby #4 and I've never had this before but I will be moving around or just laying down and it feels like I get a severe head rush like dizzy and all and my face gets so hot it feels like im being blown in the face with a heater! Anyone else have this? If so what is it?

I used to gt them in the first trimester  bt i always hpned wen my blood pressure was very low. Try resting at regurlar intervals n drinkings loooots of water

I am having exactly the samethign. I feel like i can cook something on my face. My temp is slightly higher as well. I am just laying down with an ice pack on my forehead.

Not exactly that but I get really dizzy and sweaty when my sugar drops.  Not sure if that helps at all.  Pregnancy is so full of weird symptoms.  I'm on #5 and still get new stuff all the time!
