sitz bath vs. regular bath
So at the hospital 2 kids, years and discharge laters i was told no bathing after delivery but she didn't tell me what a sitz bath was that I was allowed to do.. Can I get help with an answer
I think I'll try the Epsom salt a little in the tub n then to rinse I'll use the hose
The sitz bath they had me was a small plastic bowl that sat over the toilet and you filled the bag with witch hazel and warm water and sat on the bowl as it gently squirted your vagina with the witch hazel/water mix for several minutes. It helped with healing.
Sitting in a couple inches of warm water with epsom salts is the sitz bath i did after every baby
