how hot is too hot?

I am 8 weeks with baby #4. And ive always had a peoblem with knowing just how hot to hot is. I dont like the cold it goes right down to my bones and stays there. The only resolve I have found is to take a hot shower or bath. I like my water to be hot enough to turn my skin red. Though when Im pregnant I usually dont turn it up that high. Though my man complains that the water is still too hot. So Im wondering how hot is too hot?

I'm right there with you!  I love my hot showers. I was just thinking of asking my Dr about it too. Thanks for the advice.

I have the same problem so I talked to a doctor about it.  Two things, dont let the water get so hot it turns your skin red.  Second if you dont get dizzy or feel weird it is fine, your body will tell you.  But yes if your skin isnt turning red anymore and you feel normal then you should be fine.

I was told that if your skin gets red, or if it's uncomfortable for your skin, baby won't appreciate it either

You should get a bath thermometer. They're pretty nifty. Keep the water no higher than your own body temperature is what I was told.
