how to increase supply?

I want to start pumping more often to increase my supply so that way if i go somewhere i have milk put aside. Tonight i plan on having a few drinks and already have enough milk pumped for that. I find i dont get much when i pump, maybe 3 oz total from both boobs. I almost exclusively bf. How can i increase the amount im pumping? Any tips to help with pumping? Best times to pump? I normally just pump when i feel like i need to (just before i go out, before having a drink etc) but id like to actually have a decent supply.

Don't give your baby a pacifier! Let your baby pacify himself on your breast. It's a supply and demand thing, so the more often you allow baby to suck at breast the more milk you will make.

After u feed pump anywaz the more ur body gets demand put upon in the more itll produce so just feed feed feed pump pump pump (actual feeding will stimulate ur production more) and make sure u are getting lots of water and enough calories. Thereare also ssupplements teas and some foods that help production like oatmeal.  Alcohol like beer does NOT make more milk it just makes for an easier let down long term it may hinder milk production. When I was building up supply I would feed my son on one side and pump on the other then when he was done go ahead and pump on the side he was just on too I just wouldnt pump on the other side again until he was ready to feed again so I had something in there for him
